Bio

Tiffany has extensive litigation experience and is an experienced trial lawyer, having served as first-chair on a number of jury trials. She handles a variety of serious injury claims, including cases involving wrongful death, trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, products liability and sexual assault. Early in her legal career, Tiffany worked on a historic case against the USDA, assisting over 15,700 Black farmers in obtaining a $1.25 billion settlement for discrimination claims against the government. Additionally, Tiffany has represented clients in State Tort Claim actions, involving school bus liability, negligent supervision of students, and Title IX.

Prior to joining Edwards Kirby, Tiffany litigated cases for both plaintiffs and for insurance companies and their insureds. Through her experience, Tiffany has valuable insight into the operations of insurance companies and corporations.

Tiffany’s dedication to justice and her clients’ well-being drives her to handle sensitive cases with care and tenacity. She believes in building strong relationships with her clients, ensuring they fully understand their case and feel supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
